All and all, to Re-energise, Re-vitalise and Re-lax... Offering you a complete Mind, Body & Soul experience!
I offer a private, peaceful, relaxing Studio at home which is a lovely space to be in or I can come to your place (whatever suits you). Also using nature as my inspiration bringing the sunshine, air and exercise into the practice.
I would love to have the opportunity of guiding you on the path where I believe the Best Doctors are: sunshine, water, rest, air, exercise and diet, and I promise you that all of these contributing factors will be apart of the programme to help you achieve your goals and be a happier/healthier person within yourself.
