I have known Robyn Alderson as an instructor in Pilates for at least 6 years while I have been a member of Contours Womens Fitness.  I thoroughly enjoy Robyn's classes for many reasons including:

  • Robyn caters for all levels of ability
  • She welcomes new participants and makes sure they are coping with all the moves
  • Robyn introduces each session and lets us know what we will be working on
  • We have a gentle warm up, main section and a cool down
  • Robyn demonstrates each move for us and explains what is happening and the different levels we can attempt if we feel capable
  • Robyn chooses excellent music to accompany her classes

Robyn has been my Yoga instructor for the last four years.  She is very knowledgeable about the exercises and takes time to explain and demonstrate each new movement.  She has an amazing ability to make the classes fun and personable and I look forward to each weekly session. She makes us work hard but at our own pace and she keeps us motivated throughout each session.  Robyn is always available at the end of each session to talk about any concerns that we may have.
